What I do

I’m an online pole coach dedicated to helping you achieve your pole goals with targeted strength & conditioning. I assess your body’s unique needs and design safe, efficient programs that fit into your busy lifestyle. As a PoleStrong‑certified coach teaching at Bahia Dance Studio in Thun, Switzerland, I’m passionate about simplifying and accelerating your progress.

My pole journey

I discovered my love for pole in November 2018 after attending a trial lesson – and I was hooked. Early on, I poled once a week and saw little progress until I added focused pole conditioning and cross‑training. Now, I’m committed to sharing the techniques and insights I’ve learned so you never have to feel stuck.

My life outside of pole

I live just outside of Berne, Switzerland, with my boyfriend and work full‑time in marketing communications. When I’m not coaching or training, you can find me downhill mountain biking, looking after a dog, swimming in our local river or enjoying a relaxed game night with friends. Daily walks and a good book help me recharge and stay inspired.
