Hi, I'm Sabrina!

I started my pole journey at the end of 2018, after years of trying a few different sports but never sticking to anything. One day, I finally went to a trial lesson at the studio I always drove by but never stopped.

Through pole dancing, I became a more confident person, learned to love and appreciate my body, and focused on achieving a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.

Initially attending class only once a week limited my progress, but it got better when I bought a pole for my home. The true breakthrough came with pole conditioning, and I soon recognized the importance of cross-training for building strength. This led me to delve deep into various resources, including learning from experts, gaining general fitness knowledge, and earning pole-specific certifications.

Now, I am thrilled to share all the knowledge and experience I've gained on my journey with you. My mission is to guide you in achieving your pole, body, and health goals with ease and confidence. Together, we will embrace a safe and effective approach that encompasses the best of pole conditioning and cross-training methods.
