Why I created the PPA

You’re going to class, you’re practicing tricks, you know you should be working on strength and flexibility too… but there are only so many hours in a week.

And when you do squeeze in extra training, it often feels scattered:

  • Your splits aren’t getting much closer to the floor.

  • Inverts, butterfly or ayesha isn't getting easier, no matter how many times you try.

  • And you’re left wondering how on earth you’re supposed to balance pole, flexibility, strength, and life.

You don’t need more hours, you need a plan that works with your schedule.

That’s why I created the Pole Progress Accelerator (PPA) – an 8-week group coaching program designed for beginner–intermediate polers who want to get stronger, more flexible, and finally unlock their next pole trick.

With the PPA, you’ll train smarter – not longer – and see real progress in just 2–3 sessions per week.

How the PPA works with you

Most programs throw a pile of workouts at you and hope you’ll figure out how to fit them in. The PPA is built around my Base–Build–Beyond method, so you can adjust your training load depending on your time, energy, and other pole classes.

  • Base → 1 long + 1 short workout each week

  • Build → 2 long + 1–2 short workouts each week

  • Beyond → 5 workouts each week

You’ll always know what to do – whether you have 2 hours or 5. No pressure, no guilt. Just steady, sustainable progress that fits into your life.

What's included (PPA Standard)

Inside the PPA, you’ll get everything you need to finally break through plateaus and build strength + flexibility that shows up on the pole:

8 weeks of progressive programming (pole conditioning, cross-training, mobility & flexibility)
→ stop guessing what to train and follow a plan that works.

2-5 targeted workouts per week (pre-recorded follow-along)
→ build strength and mobility at your own time around your life & other activities.

Express flexibility sessions (10-20min for splits & backbends)
→ short, effective, and easy to stick with.

Group chat access
→ share wins, ask questions, and get quick feedback from me.

Live group calls every 2nd Sunday
→ movement analysis, coaching inputs, feedback, and community motivation.

What equipment do I need?

A pole + yoga mat (or other cushion). Resistance bands and weights are optional.

What if I can’t join the live calls?

All sessions are recorded so you’ll never miss a beat. Plus, our active Telegram group means you can always ask questions and share progress videos for feedback.

Is this program beginner-friendly?

Absolutely. I include variations for all levels and provide modifications if something isn’t working for you or your body.

How long do I have access to the content?

Forever! Revisit the program anytime or pick your favorite workouts to do on your own.

What if I’m traveling during the 8 weeks?

No worries – the PPA is designed to work with your busy life. You can do the cross‑training workouts on the go or work with me to adapt a shortened version while you’re away.
